These structures prevent you from investing in fixed assets such as land, and can be used as a solution when you need to move operations from time to time.
SPEED OF CONSTRUCTION
A 320 square foot facility can be delivered within a span of a week, making this ideal for projects which need to be executed rapidly. This also saves the cost of waiting up to 6 months to use an available site.
Container infrastructure saves a minimum of 35% on the cost of traditional construction, which can vary from Rs. 1800-2500 in cities, and up to Rs. 5000 a square foot in hilly areas! Project costs are also fixed before delivery, avoiding escalation.
We provide the option of a fully off-grid facility, including solar power and dry toilets which can be installed onto our containers. This gives you a freedom of movement, and the ability to operate anywhere.
Every container we use prevents 2.3 tons of Corten Steel from being scrapped. Scrapping a 40' container uses about 8000 kWh of energy, while modifying it into infrastructure uses only 400 kWh.
